1. Program Description
Priority Medical Response and Priority 1 (collectively "the Company") utilize SMS messaging to provide timely updates regarding medical transport, appointment reminders, billing notifications, and essential service alerts.
2. User Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you give express written consent to receive recurring automated text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase or receiving medical care.
To Opt-In: Check the "Opt-in" box on our intake forms or text START to the main company number.
3. Privacy & Data Sharing
We value your privacy. Your mobile information will be handled with the following protections:
No Third-Party Sharing: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Excluded Data: All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
HIPAA Compliance: While SMS is a convenient tool, please be aware that standard text messaging is not inherently secure. We limit the inclusion of Protected Health Information (PHI) in text messages to the minimum necessary.
4. Opt-Out & Support
You can cancel the SMS service at any time.
To Unsubscribe: Text STOP to our main number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
